RETURN POLICY

Due to a limited quantity on product we do not offer exchanges. 

• If you would like a different size/color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item. A refund for the original item will be issued. Please ensure that before submitting a return that the item follows our Return Policy. 

Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Once shipped, it takes approximately 3-12 business days to deliver for all U.S orders and 6-20 business days for all international orders. Please pay close attention to the estimated delivery time under individual products to know when to expect your order before purchasing. MW Fashion Apparel is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us or USPS immediately to investigate the issue. This can take up to 8 business days to have a result. If the carrier is at fault, you will be compensated. 

• Please make sure that you are providing us with a valid and safe address to have your packaged delivered to so you can assure it's arrival. 

• If you provide us with an incorrect address and your package is returned to sender, you will be charged the fee from the shipping carrier to get your package back, and a second shipping fee from us to reship your package back out to you with a correct address. We cannot be held responsible for these fees from the shipping carrier.
  

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking or you can use our order tracker using your order number and email provided at checkout. 

We totally understand that all of our beautiful customers are different shapes and sizes, and sometimes it is difficult to shop online because you can't try anything on! We have created a general sizing guide to help you decide which size would be best for you.
